Teaching
I am primarily interested in teaching on topics related to international relations, international security, civil conflicts, natural disasters, natural resources, foreign aid, political violence, and research methodology.
My teaching adapts to students’ needs and perspectives, adjusting my approach to lectures and discussions as those needs change to maximize their understanding. By approaching concepts in ways accessible to students, I bridge students’ learning styles, tying concepts and arguments to contemporary issues, empirical analysis, and real-world applications.
